Car explosion kills 4 in S. Afghanistan

    KABUL, Sept. 7 (Xinhuanet) -- Four people were killed when a vehicle suspected to be carrying suicide attackers exploded in a southern Afghan town on Wednesday, according to a local official.

    The vehicle was destroyed in the blast near the bazaar of Greisht district of Helmand province, said Mohammed Wali, the spokesman for the provincial governor.

    Three people inside the vehicle and a passer-by were killed on the spot. Enditem
