Apart from getting "Arrested," Theron recently wrapped production on "Aeon Flux," a live-action adaptation of the MTV series.
Production on the film was shut down for several weeks last summer and fall, after the actress was injured on the set while attempting a stunt on a trampoline.
However, Theron eventually bounced back to complete shooting and the film is now slated for a Dec. 2 release.
Theron will also be seen this fall in "North Country," a drama involving a single mother who looks for work in the iron mines of Minnesota, much to the discontent of the male miners. Frances McDormand and Sissy Spacek also star in the film, which is scheduled for an Oct. 14 release.
On Sept. 18, Theron is in the running for an Emmy in the Best Supporting Actress, Miniseries or Movie category for her work in the HBO biopic "The Life and Death of Peter Sellers," which leads the field of Emmy contenders with 16 nominations in all.
