   BAGHDAD, Aug. 27 (Xinhuanet) -- The speaker of the Iraqi parliament announced Saturday that the Shiite and Kurdish blocs accepted in principle the Sunni Arab proposals and an amended text would be submitted to the parliament session due on Sunday. Enditem
