Ali Larijani to be Iran's new chief nuclear negotiator

    TEHRAN, Aug. 8 (Xinhuanet) -- Ali Larijani, former head of Iran's state broadcasting body IRIB, is to become the new Secretary of Supreme National Security Council, a post in charge of nuclear talks with the European Union, the official IRNA news agency reported.
