Iran warns EU of resumption of uranium enrichment

    TEHRAN, Aug. 4 (Xinhuanet) -- Iran on Thursday threatened to restart uranium enrichment if the European Union takes counter measures against a resumption of its uranium conversion activities.

   "We would not be supposed to continue the suspension of the Natanz enrichment facility if the Europeans called for an irregular meeting of the Board of Governors of the International Atomic Energy Agency," Hossein Moussavian, a top nuclear negotiator, told state television.

    Natanz facility is used to enrich uranium with thousands of centrifuges. Enditem
