Israeli soldier kills 3 in bus shooting

    JERUSALEM, Aug. 4 (Xinhuanet) -- An Israeli soldier opened fire in a bus in northern Israel on Thursday afternoon, killing three people and wounding five others, local newspaper Haaretz reported.

    The Jewish Israel Defense Forces soldier, a religious settler, was traveling on the bus in a Druze neighborhood in Sharam when a dispute erupted between the soldier and fellow passengers, said the report.

    Then the shooting took place and the soldier was arrested after the attack, the report added. Enditem
