GAZA, Aug. 1 (Xinhuanet) -- Tawfeeq Abu Khousa, spokesman of the Palestinian National Authority (PNA) Interior Ministry, said on Monday that Israel proved to allow Palestinian national security forces to enter the Israeli settlements before pulling out from it.

Abu Khousa told reporters that Israel decided to allow the Palestinian forces to enter the Gaza Strip settlements before Israel pulls out its army from Mid August.

Israel intends to completely withdraw from all the Jewish settlements and military posts in the Gaza Strip and part of northern West Bank as part of its disengagement plan with the Palestinians.

Abu Khousa has earlier said that the Palestinian National Authority (PNA) had finished its preparations to take over the GazaStrip and northern West Bank. Enditem
