    BAGHDAD, July 26 (Xinhuanet) -- Gunmen ambushed a minibus carrying government employees near Baghdad on Tuesday, killing 12 people and wounding nine others, an interior ministry source said.

    "Unknown armed men opened fire at a bus taking home employees of the Industry Ministry in Abu Ghraib area, 30 km west of Baghdad,"the source told Xinhua on condition of anonymity.

    "Twelve employees were killed in the attack that took place atabout 3 p.m. (1100 GMT) and nine others were wounded," he said.The victims were evacuated to hospitals of Yarmouk and Shu'la in Baghdad, he added. Enditem
