BAGHDAD, July 14 (Xinhuanet) -- A loud explosion rocked central Baghdad at around 9 pm (0600 GMT) on Thursday evening, no casualties have yet been reported so far.

   A roadside bomb caused the explosion of a fuel tank in a nearby power plant, and set a three-story building on fire, a witness told Xinhua on condition of anonymity.

   Five fire trucks arrived at the scene afterwards, he added.

   The police refused to comment on the explosion. Enditem
