Chinese President Hu Jintao's envoy to North Korea, State Councillor Tang Jiaxuan, has begun a three-day visit to North Korea on the resumption of six-party talks.BEIJING, July 12 -- Chinese President Hu Jintao's envoy to North Korea, State Councillor Tang Jiaxuan, has begun a three-day visit to North Korea on the resumption of six-party talks.

North Korea has officially agreed to return to the six-party talks on the Korean Peninsula's nuclear issue on July 25th.

Tang Jiaxuan is expected to discuss details of the talks with North Korea, paving the way for the 4th round of negotiations involving Japan, South Korea, China, Russia, the United States and North Korea.

Tang Jiaxuan is the second Chinese envoy to visit North Korea after the country declared it possesses nuclear weapons in February.

Earlier, head of the International Department of the Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party Wang Jiarui conveyed a verbal message to Pyongyang from Chinese President Hu Jintao to reassure North Korea about its concerns over the six-party talks.
