SEOUL, July 11 (Xinhuanet) -- South Korea and the Democratic People 's Republic of Korea (DPRK) Monday reached fruitful agreements on promoting inter-Korean economic cooperation at the end of an inter-Korean economic meeting held here.

    The two sides agreed to open two cross-border railways on trial basis and hold ceremony marking opening of adjacent roads in this October.

    South Korea and the DPRK also agreed to open inter-Korean economic cooperation office in the DPRK's border town of Kaesong in September. Enditem
