Urgent: Luxembourg voters approve EU constitusion treaty

    LUXEMBOURG, July 10 (Xinhuanet) -- A clear majority of Luxembourgers voted in favor of the European Union (EU) constitution in a referendum held Sunday.

    Prelimilary results showed that, with some 80 percent votes counted, 57.42 percent of the voters said "yes" to the EU constitution. More
