SHENYANG, July 6 (Xinhuanet) -- Altogether 47 people were injured when a bomb blasted in a shopping center in Liaoyang County of Liaoning Province on Wednesday, and Man Yuanxi, the man who executed the blast, were caught on the spot.
One was seriously injured in the blast which occurred at 11:52 a.m. at the two-storey building, Zhengde shopping center, the largest in the county, the police said.
Ma Yuanxi, a native of Yushutun Village in Liaoyang County, was suspected of murder when he ran a mine in Hebei Province, north China, and had been chased by the police. He sneaked back to the county to revenge a man surnamed Bian.
He spotted a man who looked like Bian from the back in the shopping center and threw an explosive package at him.
The blast also left all the glasses of the shopping center broken, eyewitnesses said.
The injured have been rushed to hospitals, and the further investigation is underway. Enditem
