Zarqawi's capture not to stop uproar In Iraq: Iraqi FM
www.chinaview.cn 2005-06-06 11:16:12

Iraqi Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari
BEIJING, June 6 -- Iraqi Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari says the uproar in Iraq will continue even if al-Qaeda leader Abu Musab al-Zarqawi is captured.

Zebari said the remnants of former Iraqi president Saddam Hussein leadership will destroy everything since they can regain power through election.

He noted that anyone who assists the wounded Zarqawi will be regarded as Iraq's enemy.

US Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld warned last week that any country who assists Zarqawi is related to al-Qaeda.

The US has offered a $25 million reward for information leading to his death or capture.
