Zhang Ziyi on Top 10 Youth Pioneers

    BEIJING, June 1 -- Chinese actress Zhang Ziyi, director Jia Zhangke and pianist Lang Lang are high on the Top Ten Youth Pioneers in China list.

    The list was launched by "South People Weekly" magazine, which held an award ceremony at Beijing University over the weekend.

    The ten Chinese youth pioneers are all under the age of thirty-five and have been influential in their fileds. Judges also considered if they acted as positive representatives of China to the world.
