RIYADH, May 27 (Xinhuanet) -- Saudi Arabia's King Fahd is doing well after being admitted to hospital on Friday evening for medical examinations, the official news agency SPA said.

"King Fahd is well, thank God, and the medical tests he is undergoing are proceeding in a normal way," SPA said, quoting an official.

Saudi Arabia, which has the world's largest proven crude reserves, has been ruled by Crown Prince Abdullah Bin Abdul-aziz since 1995 when King Fahd's health condition worsened. Enditem
