ULAN BATOR, May 23 (Xinhuanet) -- Nambariin Enkhbayar, Mongolia's former prime minister, has won the presidential election by earning 53.4 percent of the vote, the General Election Committee announced on Monday.
J. Yadamsuren, chairman of the General Election Committee, saidat a press conference that
"nationally, Enkhbayar has been elected president of Mongolia with 53.4 percent
of the vote."
