Explosion rocks Russian coal mine, 2 missing

    MOSCOW, May 18 (Xinhuanet) -- A methane gas explosion rocked a Russian coal mine in Siberia on Wednesday with 132 miners underground, the Emergencies Ministry said.

    Initial reports said two miners were missing while all others were being evacuated. Four were injured.

    "According to preliminary information, at the moment of the explosion there were 132 miners in the mine," a ministry spokesmansaid of the explosion in the town of Kiselyovsk in Kemerovo region,about 3,000 km east of Moscow. Enditem
