URGENT: Two US soldiers arrested in Colombia for arms smuggling

    BOGOTA, May 4 (Xinhuanet) -- Colombian police arrested two American soldiers for suspected arms smuggling, police said on Wednesday.

    The two unidentified soldiers were found with 32,000 bullets in the town of Carmen de Apicala, police said, adding they suspected the two might have planned to sell the ammunition to illegal far-right paramilitaries. Enditem
