Baghdad, May 4 (Xinhuanet) -- A suicide bomber blew himself up on Wednesday in the northern Iraqi city of Arbil, killing at least 60 people and wounding more than 150, local officials said.

The bomber blew himself up at the local offices of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, which also served as a recruiting center for police.

Police and security officials said a large crowd was gathered outside the building and recruiting centre when the suicide bomber struck. Enditem
