www.chinaview.cn 2005-04-29 08:53:20

BEIJING, April 29 -- Lebanon says it will closely cooperate with international inquiry into the killing of former Prime Minister Rafik Hariri.

Lebanese Foreign Minister Mahmoud Hammoud said his ministry will try its best to facilitate the probe of a UN team, which arrived in Beirut on Wednesday.

Meanwhile, the new Lebanese cabinet has sacked three security chiefs and the public prosecutor suspected of involvement in the assassination of Rafik Hariri this February.
