MANILA, April 28 (Xinhuanet) -- Chinese President Hu
Jintao concluded his trip to Brunei, Indonesia and the Philippines, and left
Manila Thursday for Beijing.
During his two-day state visit in Manila, the Chinese
presidentheld talks with President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo. The two leaders
decided to establish strategic cooperative relations between the two countries.
Hu also met with other Philippine leaders and
discussed the promotion of the traditional friendship and good-neighborly
relationship between China and the Philippines.
Hu delivered a speech at a joint session of the
Philippine House of Representative and the Senate Wednesday afternoon.
President Hu started his three-nation Southeast Asia
trip on April 20.
While in Indonesia, he attended the Asian-African
Summit in Jakarta, participated in the commemoration of the 50th anniversary of
the Asian-African Conference in Bandung, and paid a state visit.Enditem
