Italian PM to form new government

    ROME, April 18 (Xinhuanet) -- Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi will form a new government after reaching an agreement with coalition partners, said Foreign Minister Gianfranco Fini on Monday.

    Berlusconi has agreed to temporarily resign as prime minister and receive a new mandate from President Carlo Azeglio Ciampi, said Fini in a statement. Enditem
