KMT official arrives in Beijing

    BEIJING, April 18 (Xinhuanet) -- Lin Feng-cheng, secretary-generalof Taiwan's Kuomintang (KMT) party, or the Nationalist Party, arrived in Beijing Monday afternoon to make arrangements for KMT Chairman Lien Chan's upcoming mainland trip.

    Lin is scheduled to hold talks with the Taiwan Work Office of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee to finalize details of Lien's planned trip, according to the Office. Enditem
