BEIJING, April 12 -- The woman dubbed the "Madonna of Europe", Patricia Kaas, will hold a solo concert in the Great Hall of the People on May 15th.

It's the first time that the Great Hall of the People has been used for a pop concert.

The concert will also be one of the most important parts of the cultural events during the China-France Culture Year.

Patricia Kaas is currently one of the most famous French female singers, who stands out from other singers for her thrashing music style.
