RAMALLAH, April 5 (Xinhuanet) -- Palestinian Interior Minister Nasser Yousef said here Tuesday that the coming days would witness real development in reorganizing the Palestinian security apparatuses.

Yousef told reporters that the coming days would witness improvement in the salaries of the soldiers and officers that work in the Palestinian National Authority (PNA) security apparatuses.

The official considered that The Palestinian security forces would have a new spirit that will give the young qualified a real chance to lead the Palestinian security path in the future.

Meanwhile, Yousef revealed that he had informed Israeli Defense Minister Shaoul Mofaz that the PNA can carry out any serious security efforts under the current situations in Gaza, especially after Israel destroyed security constructions that built during the Intifada (uprising).

He said in a meeting held with Mofaz last week, "I told him that it will be difficult to execute any security procedures in Gaza while Israel continues its restrictions against the Palestinians there."

He said he also demanded Mofaz to allow 50,000 Palestinian workers to enter Israel for work and lift the restrictions imposed on the Palestinians' moving between the areas in the Gaza Strip. Enditem
