No Chinese reported suffering in Indonesia's earthquake

    BEIJING, March 29 (Xinhuanet) -- No Chinese citizens have been reported injured or dead in Monday's earthquake off the coast of Indonesia's Sumatra island, Foreign Ministry spokesman Liu Jianchao said here Tuesday.

    Liu told a regular press conference that the Chinese governmentwould keep in touch with relevant departments of Indonesia and closely track the latest development in the disaster-hit areas so as to provide timely assistance. Enditem
