CAIRO, March 21 (Xinhuanet) -- Jordan's King Abdullah II has ordered the return of Jordanian ambassador to Iraq, the Dubai-basedal-Arabiya satellite TV channel reported on Monday.

But the channel did not provide further details.

Earlier on Sunday, Jordan announced to recall its envoy in Baghdad for consultations over safety concern, after hundreds of Iraqis demonstrated before the Jordanian embassy in the past week in protest against a suspected Jordanian in the bloody suicide bombattack on Feb. 28, which killed 120 people in Hilla.

Shortly afterwards, Iraq announced to recall its ambassador in Jordan for consultations in a revenge move. Enditem
