Urgent: Annan says new permanent members of Security Council will enjoy no additional vetoes

    UNITED NATIONS, March 21 (Xinhuanet) -- UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan told reporters on Monday that additional vetoes of the new permanent members of the Security Council will not be acceptable.
