URGENT: Estonian PM to resign

    RIGA, March 21 (Xinhuanet) -- Estonian Prime Minister Juhan Parts announced on Monday he would resign after parliament passed a voteof no confidence in one of his ministers.

    A spokesman said the prime minister would hand in his resignation on Thursday. Enditem
