Zimbabwean president meets Angolan presidential envoy

    HARARE, March 15 (Xinhuanet) -- Zimbabwean President Robert Mugabehas met visiting Angolan presidential envoy Oswaldo de Serra Van-Dunem and held talks with him on a wide range of issues, including elections which the two countries are scheduled to hold.

¡¡¡¡Van-Dunem, who is also Angolan minister of Home Affairs, delivered a special message to Mugabe from his Angolan counterpartJose Eduardo Dos Santos.

    Zimbabwe is scheduled to hold parliamentary elections at the end of this month, while Angola plans to hold its long postponed polls sometime next year.

    Van-Dunem said they discussed the impending polls in Zimbabwe and elections in Angola.

    Van-Dunem said the talks with President Mugabe also touched on relations between the two countries. Enditem
