BEIJING, March 14 (Xinhuanet) -- China's parliament, the National People's Congress (NPC), began its closing meeting of the annual session Monday morning.

    The parliament is expected to adopt the Anti-Secession Law, and reports on government work, economic and social development, the central and local budgets, the work of the NPC Standing Committee,and the work of the Supreme People's Court and the Supreme People's Procuratorate.
