BEIJING, March 12 (Xinhuanet) -- The third session of the Tenth National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) is due to close here Saturday afternoon after electing a number of vice chairmen and adopting a political resolution of the national advisory body.
