A press conference for the Third Session of the 10th National People's Congress (NPC) of China is held in Beijing, March 7, 2005. Ma Kai (3rd R), minister of the State Development and Reform Commission, Zhou Xiaochuan (2nd R), governor of the People's Bank of China, Liu Mingkang (1st L), chairman of the Banking Regulatory Commission of China, and Li Yuan (1st R), vice minister of land and resources, answered questions concerning the economic and social development and macro-control at the press conference.
