URGENT: US says Assad's announcement "not enough"

    WASHINGTON, March 5 (Xinhuanet) -- The U.S. State Department said on Saturday that Syrian President Bashar al-Assad's announcement to gradually withdraw its troops from Lebanon was not enough.
