Govt vows to keep yuan "basically stable"

    BEIJING, March 5 (Xinhuanet) -- China vows to keep the renminbi exchange rate "basically stable" at a rational equilibrium in 2005,according to the text of the government work report being delivered by Premier Wen Jiabao Saturday.
