LONDON, March 3 (Xinhuanet) -- Three people have been arrested on suspicion of having links with international terrorism in Coventry,central England, Scotland Yard said Thursday.
Two men, aged 30 and 29, and a 41-year-old woman were arrested under the Terrorism Act on Tuesday, according to a BBC report.
They are being held at a central London police station.
Five premises were searched by police, with one still being searched on Thursday, Scotland Yard said.
The current anti-terrorism act allows police to hold them for up to two weeks before charging them.
