RAMALLAH, March 2 (Xinhuanet) -- The Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) Executive Committee will witness major change inits composition, Palestinian sources said on Wednesday.
New comers will join and some old members will leave due to their inability or their age, the sources said.
Farouk al Kadoumy, the chief of the PLO Political Department, will hold the post of committee's secretary, which is held by Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas following the death of Yasser Arafat, said the sources.
A member of the Fatah's Central Committee is expected to be appointed as ambassador to a country which has great influence on regional and international arenas, according to the sources.
Some changes are expected in Palestinian representatives to Araband other countries after Abbas returns from his tour abroad. Enditem
