STOCKHOLM, Feb. 28 (Xinhuanet) -- Denmark will hold a referendum on the new EU constitution on September 27, Prime Minister Anders Fogh Rasmussen announced on Monday.

Rasmussen and opposition parties agreed on the date, according to Danish news agency Ritzaus.
