Urgent: British soldiers jailed over prisoner abuse in Iraq

    BERLIN, Feb. 25 (Xinhuanet) -- Three British soldiers convicted of mistreating detainees in Iraq were jailed on Friday after a trial over prisoner abuse.

    Judge Advocate Michael Hunter made the announcement in German city of Osnabrueck after a seven-member panel of officers found the three men guilty earlier in the week. Enditem
