BEIJING, Feb. 25 (Xinhuanet) -- The Chinese government publicized the Regulations on Electricity Supervision and Control here Friday.

    Along with the State Electricity Regulatory Commission, the relevant departments of the State Council, or the central government, will also supervise and regulate electricity price.

    The commission will issue and manage electric power business permits, according to the regulations, which will be valid on May 1.
