GAZA, Feb. 9 (Xinhuanet) -- A member of Al Qassam Brigades, thearmed wing of Hamas, was killed Wednesday in a premature bombexplosion in the central Gaza Strip, Palestinian medics said.Hassan al-Allami, 31, was killed as he was preparing a roadsidebomb near an Israeli army checkpoint, witnesses said.Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas and Israeli Prime MinisterAriel Sharon declared a mutual ceasefire at the Sharm el-Sheikhsummit on Tuesday.

    But Hamas and Islamic Jihad (Holy War) said they were not partof it.

    Abbas is scheduled to convene again soon in Gaza withrepresentatives of these factions to discuss the outcome of thesummit. Enditem
