RAMALLAH, Feb. 9 (Xinhuanet) -- The Palestinian Legislative Council(PLC) gave on Wednesday a 10-day ultimatum to newly-elected leaderMahmoud Abbas to reshuffle the cabinet.

    PLC Speaker Rawhi Fattouh told reporters that there is a wideargument within the PLC on either forming a new cabinet orreshuffling the current one.

    "Arguments and disputes into the council's yard would continueif Qurei does not reshuffle the current cabinet and at least bringin new ministers," said Fattouh.

    After Abbas won the presidential election on Jan. 9, he hadasked Qurei to form or reshuffle the current PNA cabinet.Qurei prefers reshuffling the cabinet to forming a new one,according to official sources. Enditem
