BAGHDAD, Jan. 30 (Xinhuanet) -- Explosions were heard Sunday in Iraqi city
of Baqouba as voters went to polls for the landmark election.
The blasts occurred within the first two hours of the election but the
cause was not immediately known.
Baqouba, about
50 km northeast of Baghdad, has a mixed Sunni Arab, Shiite and some Kurdish
