BEIJING, Nov. 30 (Xinhuanet) -- Supermodel Heidi Klum
is swapping saucy French dresses for French fries and ketchup in a tasty
two-year meal-deal to endorse McDonald's.
The Victoria's Secret babe and the fast-food chain
seem an unlikely combo but according to a McDonald's spokesman, the cover girl
was picked because "she is a young mother and represents a modern lifestyle".
Thirty-year-old Klum gave birth to a daughter earlier
this year just months after the baby's father, Italian Formula One tycoon Flavio
Briatore, dumped her.
Klum is the latest celebrity to lend her name to the
"golden arches". Chart-toppers Justin Timberlake and Beyonce Knowles have
already declared "I'm lovin' it" for the global burger maker.
The deal will further expand curvy Klum's growing
portfolio of endorsements which include Target, Katjes sweets and Birkenstock
footwear.
