    BEIJING, Jan. 6 (Xinhuanet) -- A baby boy, China's 1.3 billionth citizen, was born at 0:02 Thursday in a Beijing hospital.

    "Both mother and son are in good condition," said midwife Wang Chujie of Beijing Maternity Hospital.

    The newborn weighs 3,660 grams and is 52 cm long, she said.
