www.chinaview.cn 2004-12-29 19:43:17

KIEV, Dec. 29 (Xinhuanet) -- Ukrainian Prime Minister Viktor Yanukovych filed a complaint Tuesday night with the Central Election Commission, trying to overturn the result of the Dec. 26 presidential re-run vote, commission spokeswoman Zoya Charikova said Wednesday.

The complaint detailed violations during the re-run, in which opposition leader Viktor Yushchenko won.

Yanukovych, who won the Nov. 21 presidential runoff, has refused to concede defeat.
