KIEV, Dec. 25 (Xinhuanet) -- Ukraine's Constitutional Court on Saturday overturned some electoral changes passed by the parliament as part of a compromise package deal after a disputed presidential runoff on Nov. 21, Interfax-Ukraine news agency reported.
