New Delhi, Dec. 24 (Xinhuanet) -- The Indian government approved on Friday the agenda for the foreign secretary-level talks with Pakistan on peace and security to be held on Islamabad Dec. 27-28.

A meeting of the Cabinet Committee on Security (CCS) at Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's residence here approved the agenda.

Briefing reporters after the meeting, Defence Minister Pranab Mukherjee said the CCS discussed and approved the issues to be taken up during the next round of deliberations in the ongoing composite dialogue process between the two countries.
