    MOSCOW, Dec. 19 (Xinhua) -- An auction for a 76.79 percent stake in Russian oil giant Yukos' core production subsidiary Yuganskneftegaz kicked off at 3:59 p.m. Moscow time (1259GMT) Sunday, the Interfax news agency reported.

    Five auction commission members have already taken their seats.The auction commission allows two bidders to take part in the auction, Interfax said. More
